Regarding the other machine, it's probably not worth continuing with BIOS modded files, since there may be more involved than just BIOS modification (CPU ID)
You'd likely need to change all identifiers (MAC, SNID, Disk S/N, UUID, etc.). I've seen cases where even after doing that and flashing the EC chip, the lock still remained
Which could suggest deeper hardware-level restrictions (CPU or platform-level). That's why I asked to discard all mods and install win Home or use Rufus to install Win Pro
P.S: The reason why I said you NEED to change ALL identifiers and not just one or two is because of how the Hardware Hash logic (Device Hardware ID) works. This is the most important "Autopilot" identifier and it acts as a device fingerprint, but it doesn't do an exact match, it does a fuzzy match. So changing any of those identifiers alone and it still matches, because it doesn't require a 100% identical hash, it just looks for sufficient similarity across all the components. That's why you need to keep changing and keep trying
