Is there a way I can boot using usb with a particular cap file ? I can only see the caps key on light and laptop fan running after I start.

No. You must use a bios programmer.

the bin file is not working
the laptop is dead after reprogramming the bios file.
then i reprogram the old file the laptop the fan is working with black screen

THE BIN FILE IS WORKING THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL BIN FILE THE FAN IS SPINNING AND THE SCREEN IS BLACK
