                                  dell 5491 service tag is 2WF1503 it was blank screen, after updating bios now TPM and Hard drive are not ditected please help me

                                  dell 5491 service tag is 2WF1503 it was blank screen, after updating bios now TPM and Hard drive are not detected please help me sir anyone please
