Bios For ThinkPad L13 Gen 2

is it the MX77U25650F I need to read out? couldn't manage it so far.

with NeoProgrammer setting SPI ID to MX25U25635F as MX77U25650F was nowhere to be found in DB

thanks a lot for the blazing fast reply. wrote bin and resoldered the IC, board works perfectly now. I'd like to know more about what's the issue - do you maybe have some reference for me? I've been having a hard time searching for information throughout the board, unfortunately. but I have to admit I'm an absolute noob in that topic

There might have been some corruption in your bios, don`t know. I extracted a new bios from a lenovo update and transferred your windows key to it. I`m glad you fixed it

help to clean this bios, i tried but cant find firmware for csme 15.0.42.2235 and fit always get error.

idk if this bios orig, because i missing the original before, but just this bios can turn on the machince with fan spining fast, i try other above there is nothing work, just blinking 3 times.

I am looking for an original full SPI BIOS dump for:

• Model: Lenovo ThinkPad L13 Gen 2
• Type number: 20VH-001NMX
• BIOS chip: MXIC MX25L25635E
• Size: 32MB (256Mbit), page size 256

Background:
The BIOS chip was replaced and flashed.
Laptop boots and works normally without CMOS battery.
After setting date/time in BIOS it continues to boot as long as AC power is connected.

However, after full power loss (AC disconnected) and with CMOS battery installed:

• system beeps / plays melody on power on
• no POST
• removing RTC battery restores boot (with CMOS checksum/date error)

This looks like ME / NVRAM mismatch.
I am looking for a known-good original dump from the same model to fix RTC cold boot issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
