Sorry for the late reply. Turn out the problem is not cause by Bios. So I'm not relly sure if your Bios is OK or not. But thanks you anyway for helped me.

With these bin my laptop does not start, these are original read. I put some found on the site and the laptop started but it tells me that there is no service tag. I would like if someone could help me with some bin files ok. Thanks.

I am working on a Dell Latitude 3510, motherboard model 19746-1 (Mockingbird-L).

The laptop is currently suffering from firmware corruption. I have confirmed issues with both the ME Region and the ISH (Integrated Sensor Hub) firmware.

Symptoms:

• Fan spinning at max RPM constantly (Panic Mode).
• Boot delays.
• Diagnostic shows ME/ISH errors.

My main BIOS chip is an XMC XM25QH128 (16MB).

Does anyone have a known good 16MB Dump with a Clean ME and working ISH firmware for this specific board? I need a verified file to recover the unit.

Hi, it's me again. I reprogrammed the BIOS on my Dell computer following the instructions you gave me, but my computer won't turn on. It just gets stuck in a boot loop, trying to start but ultimately failing. Is there any solution? I would really appreciate it.
