got a Lenovo y540 15irh with blinking power button led,
could someone fix and update this bios dump?

now it blinks for about 60 seconds and turn off

and a second 35, fans spin fast

and i got numblock wokingg with an extrneal keyboarb for about 15s no video

thanks again, but got no video and laptop turn off

i removed laptop keyboard pad, cmos batery, even display flex , swap ram, try to get an external display working. but the only thing that seems to work its caps lock and numlock on an external usb keyboad for about 10 secdonds and laptop turns off

can nvidia gpu be disabled in he bios
or by hardware ?
there is also a 25lq80 1.8v chip, is that for nvidia bios?
any dump for that chip?

after 4 35s boot cycles , have same issue ,

after 40s fan speed ups , got numlock but no video and 15s later it shuts down

i will retun this laptop, maybe its EC bios and i have no tools for that

i apreciate all you support thank you very much

Supports I2C (24-series), SPI (25-series).

This programmer is not recommended but it is the cheapest programmer available.
It has several shortcomings:
Limited interfaces support, only SPI and I2C
Several different software with varying level of reliability and ROM IC support (especially troublesome with 128Mb and larger ICs)
Several different hardware design, some of them having design defects
No proper detection of communication issue with the ROM IC

Available software include: NeoProgrammer, Colibri, AsProgrammer, Flashrom…

If you have a black PCB, it is very likely that it needs to be modified for 3V operation instead of 5V. Failing to do so could damage the ROM IC.

This laptop is not turning on after restart. Only keyboard backlight and black screen. It takes a few minutes to be able to turn on again.
Video card is performing good. Good temperature and performace.
