              use the HxD program ... enter in it the original of the laptop and the update ... cut the original and the update to the correct dimensions ..
              stick the update to the original of the laptop (the cut ones) ...
              and you're done ... you have the bios without password and updated ..
              maybe it's a little harder .. others can solve it faster by other methods ...
              but in the end it's all right ..
