Hello, can you help me too,
I rewrote the bios to a 7410. when I want to turn it on, the orange LED lights up and goes out after I press it.
I put back the original bios and the same. Can you help me with an advice where I am wrong?
      thx

I have a problem with Dell latitude 7410. When I conect power cord white led lights only a few seconds. When I press a power button and connect power cord the fan is spining a few seconds and stop.
          Service tag: 2V3XL63
          Motherboard: FDX40 LA-J261P

Used this bios twice on two different laptops. backup your current and try. Service tag cant be changed unless someone else here can edit the file. Ive just dealt with the wrong ST as it makes no difference. hope that helps

I have a dell latitude 7410 which boots but no display (shift key remains white), I flashed the 32MB bios chip with your dump, perfect the laptop starts fine but in active manufacturing mode, how can I deactivate it please? I entered the TAG service in the bios and restarted with the default settings but that didn't change anything.

Can you clean my bios (I'm not sure if it's original because I saw traces of flow on it), or tell me how to deactivate manufacturing mode.

I have come here with a rather specific question. I was given a Dell Latitude 7420 laptop with a busted screen, and wanted to see if I could refurbish it into my daily driver. I wanted to experiment and see if a 2-in-1 display would work as the chassis of the laptop and 2-in-1 7420 looked identical. I threw in the display and my hypothesis was correct, however, I was greeted with a locked BIOS and since I didn't know the password, I figured I'd try to unlock it somehow. I bought one of those POGO pin probe things for my CH341A programmer so I could read and make...
