Typically you flash it with a hardware programmer which supports SPI chips.

some bios gave display but ssd not working, some works good but very late display and sound not workibg ...
I am attaching my old backup bios here , please build this for me

the laptop had No Display and I flashed it with one of the files here Now its not turning on and no Fan spin ony 0.07A on power supply.

Still the Same issue .. no lights except for charger light,no fan spin no keyboard blink and no display.
