hello dear friends
my surface laptop 3 shows logo for few seconds and restarts
i wrote the originalsurfbios provided by peste
now it shows logo and stays there forever (doesnt restart anymore)
unfortunately this is a second hand laptop and it is painted so there is no serial number or model
i will attach my dump and someone please help me if it is possible with this much information

Hello everyone! Does anyone know how to bypass the DFCI Encryption on a surface laptop 3? I have tried doing a fresh install multiple way but every time I try to do it, it asks to login to greystar.

(This is an old customer computer from a job that they dont work at anymore).

Will taking off and reprogramming the bios chip do anything? If so, does anyone have the BIN file for it?

Can provide bios bin and other info if needed!

Any help is appreciated. 😊

your backup is not ok, it should have 16,8Mb. Look for bios chipset containing "128" in marking

25R12JWPQ or 25R128JWPQ? If that read it again, is 1.8V chipset.

Hey, I did what you said in private message and put my original backup back on and it worked. The one you sent me is making it start up to windows logo and shutting off, can you double check what you did please?
