Ok maybe you`re not understanding something...... .I did not check the serial in the bios you posted,i only checked the BID and made the guide with the pictures.
The bios you posted is from an INTEL laptop 15-dc0106TX ,its the wrong bios.

Flash the attached bios and EC ,enter any missing DMI using HP bios config utility

Make another backup, it`s corrupt but it looks like you`re using a clip .

The clips are unreliable, you aren`t making a good connection with the chip. If you can desolder the chip or solder wires it would be better, make another backup anyway, whichever way you can. Sometimes the 5 long 3 short is due to loose ram slot pins
