Hi Read the chips again (Make 2-3 backups and compare them to be the same before posting)

With this image no boot try and when press power button only amber light coming like low battery.
I tried fix ME but when boot No nvme load and TPM, ME. Even recovery flash (CTRL+ESC) ME Firmware update failed, ISH update failed coming.

my 8mb bios is damaged and the 16mb bios is functional but I would like to copy the data to the new bios to which you have copied the service tag. Could you remove the license key from my bios and transfer it to the new bios and enter my model 5402?

Hi, your original backups don't contain any license key at all
That's why it’s important to make a proper backup before flashing any chip
Unfortunately, nothing can really be done about it now but at least your laptop is functioning now

Okay, so I checked the original files you last posted (asking to transfer the license key) and there was no license key in them > Post #'72
But I went back to the earlier files you shared in post #'70 and there is a license key there but it was already transferred by shiyab So I'm not sure what is your issue exactly

Okay now I don't understand why are you flashing both chips for nothing, This is a password unlock request
shiyab didn't transfer any key actually he just gave you the same 16MB file you backed up to write again to the BIOS chip

Flash only this 8MB file, and this time enter the service tag in UPPERCASE letters. Type it exactly like this 37NBKG3 and NOT 37nbkg3 (ALL CAPITAL letters)
If the laptop doesn't boot, it means your 8MB is still corrupted even after reading it again. Then flash only the 8MB from post #'71
And enter the service tag in UPPERCASE letters, as I already explained. The license key should be validated
