Thanks for the guidance . I have followed the steps and created a clean BIN but now the laptop turns on the off repeatedly. I have tried a few time but always the same result. With the original BIN it stays on but no fan spin. I must have done something wrong.

DMI + KEYWIN bios 16MB 380000 - 38108F

I have tried this file, the result is that the laptop cannot be turned on
