Hello there! If anyone would please help me with fixing this DELL INSPIRON 7586 which will only stop at the 'DELL' logo, I have attached the backup file to the 16MB rom, service tag too, am not sure if it is supposed to possess a serial number but i cannot seem to find it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
