One thing I realized is for me at least Is had to use an external keyboard and that's why it wasn't working for me. Don't know if anyone else has had this problem.

I have a laptop Dell Latitude 3310 that's asking for an admin password to change the boot order.

System Number: 75FG203-E7A8

Can someone help me on how to get the password or generate the master password?
I tried password from bios-pw.org but its not working.

No way. You probably typed it wrongly. It's case-sensitive and generated for US keyboard layout only.
