x512dk bios
For xda512da bios no fan spin but whine and have to remain plugged in battery won't charge won't, led lights are on sometimes the white one GETS HOT IN BIOS they also removed bios options it won't boot and they have network access so USB drives get written to. I can access bios ez flash though I want to know what they're doing for when I get my motherboard back from the manufacturer for my PC because that was totally bricked and they could have been doing anything. That Mobo is a gigabyte auros pro wifi if you could open some things up for me to overclock to make it more like a master aurus I know nothing about bios assembly. I'm new to this, My laptop Asus vivobook x512da , my laptop not starting no power, no keyboard on, no fan spinning nothing complete dead because of bios update i bricked so i thought to write bios in ch341a with help of chatgpt but everything i did is wrong i accidentally earsed everything in bios with ch341a programmer, Now i need bios file to power on the laptop im completely new to this forums and bios update i dont know anything about bios so help me to power on my laptop. post S/N, full name and model, motherboard model, etc.
post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..
The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:
I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly? This is my first experience editing BIOS files.
I would appreciate if someone could take time to explain the issue, so that I can learn. But I would... -
With ASUS, not everything is quite so simple. I will show you my way. It may be longer or harder but it is the right way to do it in my humble opinion.
For example, you can have 3 similar ASUS motherboards, all being the same model, all of which will have different BIOS versions.
I will give you an example and my version of preparing BIOS from ASUS website and in the process I am always cleaning Intel ME while doing it so you have fully cleaned BIOS, no DMI data, no password, nothing.

I recently bought a non-working Asus Zenbook Pro Duo OLED UX8402ZA that was listed for parts only. The seller mentioned that it had no display output but that the charging lights worked.
When the laptop arrived (without a charger and SSD), I connected a charger and confirmed with a multimeter that it was charging the battery. However, when I tried to power it on, only the backlight of the secondary display came on. There was no image, and it didn’t boot into the BIOS.

Hi,
I have a serious problem to program the Z590 chipset SRAM with a Management Engine after replacing the chipset.
The new chipset is factory new and is not containing any Management Engine. Any attempts to program it into the chipset under Windows ends with a failure (eg. Error 20: Management Engine Device not present, or something similar).
Due to the lack of the ME several ports on the board, including all M.2 ports aren't working, booting OS works only on USB. So it's now other way, as to program the chipset with a ME.

This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.
I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.
