1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart.
2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

Here are the hardware details:

I have attached my original corrupted backup dump (32MB). Any help to fix the IFWI / CSE region structure will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Post the original BIOS backup (that one has been modified)
No wonder it's giving you 3, 6 (There are 4 different SKUs for that machine)
