Okay Those are working files two with the same SKU as yours and one is different (which I made on purpose for your case)
Just after writing the file make sure to verify the write and check the soldering too

Still having same issue with the other files? I am not sure what im doing wrong. The chip has 3.3V voltage but nothing happens when power button is pressed. Not sure if the chip is write protected. i have used Neoprogrammer and it writes the file with verfication successfully but if i use AS programmer i get verification error when it is erased. Is there a way to disable write protection.

I've never worked with CH341a (Started with the old MiniPro) so I'm not sure
But I think the BIOS chip needs to be replaced, it appears to be faulty

I think I need to mod the programmer for 3V. The chip may be the culprit. I was able to copy the dump using pogo clip without desoldering. Edited the bios and wrote back and I was not able to power on the laptop. Next I desoldered it and reverted back to original dump, same amber light issue. When I read the chip it successfully reads the contents but has issue while writing it. Just want to know can I replace W25R256JV with any other chip from winbond 256 32MB chip or it should be exact chip. I have I have few W25Q256 chips from donor boards.

Affirmative. You can replace it with any other 256 32MB chip (not only Winbond) as long as it operates at 3V and not 1.8V
Winbond example: the JV or FV family are compatible but not the JW family (because W25Q256JWXXX chips run at 1.8V)
