bios extracted from the HP site update..the laptop has seven variants of bios ..try them one by one ..
I have extracted my bios (0881D), I don't know if it is corrupted, my pc does not start, the white led lights up for 3 seconds and goes back off.
How can I enter my serial number in the bios you published? For me it is the first time.
Thanks a lot,
Marco

Sorry, it's the first time
Thanks
select the interval from post #25, where the DMI interval is passed and (COPY-PASTE) from the bios- the laptop, in virgin bios...
and that's it..The DMI range is the range where the S/N, model, TYPE, etc. are found...isn't that what you asked for???Due to a lack of donations, server free space at a critical level, and possible closure of Bios Requests all donations are welcome, click:

Does the bios version have to be the same or can I use a more updated version?

I bought an identical motherboard, I mounted the new motherboard, the PC turned on and was on for several minutes. Suddenly while installing updates, black screen and fan at maximum.
I forced it to shut down after several minutes. The PC didn't turn on anymore, even the second motherboard, turns on the white LED for 3 seconds and then turns off, it doesn't start.
I thought and hoped that it was a bios problem, but I didn't solve it.
I saw that several users here on the forum had this problem, but I didn't find how they solved it.
Can you help me? What can I do?
Many thanks
