I had already tried it myself, but unfortunately my E15 doesn't want to start with it
Unfortunately, I cannot reset the supervisor password

I've got a problem with this machine - it's not charging the battery anymore.
Do you know, if there's a thunderbolt chip, where it's located on the board and where I may get a working firmware dump for it?

There's a well-known issue with a lot of similar Lenovo Laptops regarding this problem, but the RD20 isn't officially among them .

I try to take one step at a time, so I asked for the (current) BIOS dump, because as far as I know, the BIOS as well as the thunderbolt chip firmware have to be updated.

So the device now is working with the attached BIOS or not?
About the thunderbolt, I can't see it in your device manual. Perhaps your laptop doesn't have thunderbolt!

Thank you very much for your helpful information!

Currently, it's dead because charging doesn't work. I was totally convinced, this is related to the known thunderbolt issue. That's why I asked for a current BIOS dump, but obviousely I'm on the wrong path here.

Tomorrow I'm going to receive another USB-C power supply and also ordered a USB-C testing device. I hope this will shed some light on this matter.

What's the full model name of the laptop?
Serial number?

are you able to enter in to the bios setup
if yes than check if you can see HDD/SSD in the bios
