Bios Chip orientation

Can any one please help, Can you tell me the orientation of this Bios Chip I think it is black up or is it silver and black up. Plus it does not have a dot like the one on the board I am assuming it is were the cut out on the corner of the silver is.

Cheers I was thinking that but I have seen chip ware you flow the solder on to the side of the chip and thank you for your help it is much appreciated
