I REQUEST BIOS FROM Dell Latitude 3400

hello. have tried that file, but no luck.
still only get a flash of orange led when button press.

do you think it will be a hardware fault ?

double check the solder on the bios chip

Hello I have reprogram and and resolder the bios chip still have the same problem.

i have another 3400 which will only display the diagnostic colours if I hold down "D" and power on the unit.
have tried to flash it with same file but no luck.
cltr + esc and bios_rcv.bin does Nothing.
any ideas

the ssd or hdd still not detected by bios i checked voltage all present but the sata and m.2 not detecting the storage

The bios you posted is only 16.3KB compressed, and the file itself is badly corrupted. I think you are trying to backup the wrong chip. What model is your programmer and software version (i`m guessing CH341A) , did you choose Auto-detect or select the chip manually from the support list. What part number is etched on top of the chip. Are you using a clip. Is the bios chip SOP8 or WSON8

Yes im using CH341A, software programmer 1.34. When i click detect the chip it shows 3 models 1)W25Q128BV 2)W25Q128CV 3)W25Q128FV what should i choose? At the top of the chip is etched "Winbond 25Q128JVSQ 2002".

Use NeoProgrammer or ASProgrammer software instead, you`ll find both posted on the forum
