A1466 Bios Cleanup ME

Hi all,
I am working on a Apple MacBook Air A1466 820-00165-A logic board. The BIOS got corrupted or shorted because I have fan spin and all voltages are there, no chime or boot.
The BIOS probably needs ME cleanup and serial change to C1MRTUDZH3QF. Please help...

hello! can someone fix my BIOS? sometimes it will boot, but it take 2-3mins.
most of the time black screen, but the fan spin. when it boot the unit random shutdown.

done rebuilding the corroded bios area in the board.

The serial has not been changed, it is the same as serial you posted, CRC32 is valid, only cleaned out the ME Region. Report back if successful.
