try. 1st boot press F2 and write Service Tag, save, restart, 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit factory mode.

If your Problem was Password, just Program this file to your 8MB Chip and put your 16MB Chip back.

Hello, im in need of help aswell. Purchased used off-lease Dell Latitude 3410 but it had admin password and i couldnt boot from usb to install fresh windows. I managed to reflash bios with some old guide, using some old bios. It works, but it have no service tag and throws a lot some warnings when booting. Can you help me? Here is the attached stock bios i backupped and the service tag was HYG0563 (now its empty cause i wiped it...). Thanks!
