Ok I don't know if I can put this here but I flashed with madjid911's bios and it's gone again but I have the same symptom as him the shift key and worm number that flashes 5 times before restarting and booting on the windows.


If anyone knows why.

But it didn't work properly, so I put my ec back on, did the updates and everything's working again.
