Is there a possibility to Remove the bios code ?

If you mean the Bios Password, you should read those chips and upload its content. (16MB + 32MB)

i try again flash BIOS of you. all good, but wlan no active

upgrade to lan drivers.

you still have a 16MB bios chip on the board, look for it on both sides of the board, and post the content here.
