b.t.w. I'm searching on this motherboard other chips simillar to bios and there is no other... There is only Winbond 25Q80DVSIG. When I check datasheet of this chip there is writed that it have only 1MB capacity... so how dump can have 32MB?? I try to read again and still have 1MB dump.

which motherboard model, maybe it's not the same T14 we're talking about.

What is the motherboard part number,is the IO an SMSC MEC***** or NPCE***

All new lenovo thikpad models are not unlocked through the BIOS patch.

To unlock, you need to use the Jitag Vertyanov programmer.

It is now the only programmer that can work with eeprom in MEC16xx chips where the password is stored.

are you seeing this? For T14 not even rt809h works, so far I haven't seen anyone saying they managed to do something on T14, neither with vertyanov nor with rt809h. Se você tiver alguma solução explique como fazer, eu tenho rt809h agora, mas não há solução ou explicação.

Vertyanov can unlock this laptop. If you do not know how to use the programmer, then this is your problem.

but you said vertyanov or rt809h. Explain how to do it with rt809h, because I don't have easy access to a vertyanov, I can't buy it from here in my country. It's not for sale, and all the ones I've found on the internet are fake. See the videos I posted see everything that was done by me and it still doesn't work for the T14, if you managed to do it on another model I believe, but if you do it on a T14 explain how you did it, because here no one has ever manifested saying that did something T14, only T490 or T490s using a rt809h
