how is the bios password removed?
I have tried editing the bios update and also using a new
bios image extracted from the Lenovo website but password is still there

try post # 5 and enter the DMI information, you have the intervals also at post# 5.

There is no other way, just reading the BIOS chip. Publish the file, we can recover the encrypted password.
