            Elitebook 850 G4

Hoping someone can help me out here. Replaced the motherboard with a used board. Now some of the hardware isn't working like touch screen, NFC. Minor inconveniences but I'd like to fix it if I can. I'm pretty sure it's because the feature byte on the new board doesn't have them enabled.

Been researching getting the board to manufacturing mode. Tried to get the SMC.bin from HP, no luck. I read about changing the UUID to all FFs and I used the HP backup software to backup BIOS. Poked around with a hex editor and found 2 locations where the value exists in the backup. I really don't have the confidence to modify the file and potentially brick the board.

Any way to get the board back into manufacturing mode?

            Motherboard: 6050A2854301-MB-A01 Product ID: X4B27AV SN: 5CG7494SDB
