but there's another problem. display suddenly goes off and the machine is still have power. i try turn off and on again it has 0.17amps on my DC bench and intel chips heat up. what could be posible problem?

Sorry, that is ouside my experience, disconnect all peripherials and check voltages again. Yesterday I had a laptop with a 4gb pc3L ram stick, it would start once, give video but then went off and in a start/stop loop, never give video again unless disconnected/connected again, same loop. RAM stick exchanged, problem solved. Good luck.
