no need to solder resistors as indicated by EvilBzyk, just move 10k resistor from pull-down to pull-up as is shown in picture.

patched my bios

1- Patched file Write it to your chip and switch on laptop
2- When Thinkpad Logo Appear Press F1 or Enter Quickly
3- When you get password Screen Write 1234 then Press Enter
4- After You get HWID reply here your HWID i or someone will give you the unlock code
5- after unlock done shutdown and write your original file back

I used Autopatcher. It gives results and there are no errors in the process. When I tried it, the screen didn't show up, only 1 continuous beep. Can someone give me further instructions. Here is my bios file.
