Try this

this bios after flasing, 1v and 3.3v of bios stayed 2seconds but after reinsert power jack came back to split second issue.

What's the DMI line please .

I can't tell you exactly the location .... At Asus the DMI information is in the I / O chip, after writing the bios chip at the first start they go into the bios chip, so at ASus we don't have to write the DMI information in the bios. I think it happens the other way around .. (from bios to I / O chip) .. every time I wrote a bios chip or an I / O chip I never wrote DMI information .. I think it happens to some HP this..but I don't know exactly the model ... maybe SMDFlea knows more about this ...

When charger plugin, split second consume 0.19a then 0.00a, no light indicator or power,power button no response.

3.3v, 5v, vreg 3.3v and vreg 5v ok, power button has 3.3v.

i cant find any short in all coils.

PL8301 1vsus and bios 3.3v comes on split second when charger plugin, when bios chip remove, 1vsus and 3.3v bios is stable.

does IT8995 have internal flash? this board have to bios, 8mb and 1mb.

yes i have svod3,but i cant find kbc pinout, i have no schematic of kbc and not in svod database.
