i have my no display backup but file is currepted

I used ch341a and AsProgrammer and my bios chip serial is GD25LB128DSIG and I worked with GDL12Q... 1.8v

I erased my BIO, and program the new BIO and doesn't work
I have a black screen 😣

do not use the clip because you may have errors, remove the bios chip from the motherboard before reading or writing, if you do not have an adapter, solder the chip to the programmer, if you have nothing to remove it, solder wires between the chip and programmer..

the bios is corrupt and longer... remove your bios chip from the motherboard before reading or writing.. check with the HxD program that it is correct and post again..

Hello mate thanks for looking so quickly, The chip is out
I read the chip 3 times, in beyond compare all 3 files are the same.

I have the t56 programmer with the 200mi adaptor.

When reading this chip do I have the , Flash & OPT Secu R & Status Reg
all ticked in the 3 boxes? and save as Default or save as Flash or save as OPT?
if this matters?

I will give this chip another clean up and try again.

Hello mate, I have cleaned up the pins and cleaned up the chip
it all looks really good, its the same again, maybe this bios is corrupted.
I have had a look at the file in the first post and its not much different.

Can you have one last look please mate. much appreciated.

Is it OPT or OTP ,if its OTP (one time programmable) don`t use that. Choose the chip that isn`t OTP

Thanks for explaining OPT & OTP SMDFlea I have never messed with this
and have always left it on the default settings, Now I know not to use it.

I have been looking for my old CH341A Programmer to see if I get the same
reading but can I find it, No.
