Still did not work.
i reset the chrome before flashing the bios, i also used a recovery flash to reload the chrome os (after flashing the bios). it still has the enterprise enrolment after everything.
i dont mind if i get the converted windows bios.

try this modified bios, you have to reinstall from USB stick made with Chromebook Recovery Utility for your model.

Quick question guys. i have this chromebook brought him from a client some time ago. Its about 10 pieces of the chromebook. 4 out of them has enterprise lock. I backup and copied the bios from one of them that does not have enterprise lock. Then i wrote it on the ones that has the enterprise lock. but it still came up with enterprise lock. is it possible that its becuase i did not reset the chromebook with a recovery media after flashing bios?

this is not a good way to get things done, you'll have 5 chromebooks with same DMI so when you will enroll one of them all will be enrolled in the same account. Post bisoses dumps here and we'll help you.
