friend to remove the bios password just use the apple configuration 2 program

T2 firmware can be reflashed by using DFU recovery mode from another MacBook.
The SoC ROM is a 1.8V SPI ROM (package is a bit exotic though) so it can also be flashed with a regular SPI ROM programmer.

This has T2, no SPI ROM for BIOS.
