    I have a same E490 Lenovo laptop (FE490 NM-B911 rev 1.0) that cannot turn ON (blank screen, Keyboard CapsLock button light ON, Fan spinning and can feel warm from processor). Already took out battery and BIOS battery (short n put back) but still same. Any clue on how to troubleshoot and if this could be related to BIOS?

        I'm having the same problem and I don't have a Vcore signal either, I tried several bios but it still has the same problem, I'm suspecting the CPU controller that doesn't pull the pwm to the integrated vcore, but it could also be a bios problem, I'm in an alley No Exit.

        Does anyone have a BIOS that works correctly for E490?

            Hello, my team model E490 20N9 lenovo with mother: e490 nm b 911 rev 2.0 bios.
            IT TURNS ON THE POWER LIGHT AND THE CAPS KEY LIGHT BUT IT DOESN'T START, IT ONLY POLARIZES THE SCREEN IN BLACK, THERE IS NO vCORE SIGNAL. APPARENTLY IT IS A BIOS PROBLEM CAN SOMEONE CLEAN MY BIOS AND LEND ME A WORKING BIOS?

                                It did not work, it continues in the same sequence, sometimes Vcore is activated but another source of the cpu is deactivated, it polarizes the screen but does not give an image.

                                Can someone clean this bios?

                                            I read its content with the SVOD and it is blank, the equipment turns on but its secondary sources such as Vcore do not work, it seems that the kbc is UNPROGRAMMED, someone to help? FE490 NM-B911 REV:2.0

I acquired two identical Dell 9010 Mid Tower computers from a business office upgrade (they were going to throw them out). Both of them have the same motherboard (00F82W).                                                                                     Went dumpster-diving and found a bricked Lenovo P14S in trash, few weeks earlier. Symptoms - no screen, no POST, no beep, just keyboard LEDs flashing on powerup. Mute button+LED was responding though, and the display self-test was still working (via the key combo Ctrl+Fn+Power held for some seconds, see the Service manual).

                                                                                    Incidentally, Windows 11 have recently started auto-flashing computer BIOS in our region. Even more suspiciously, Lenovo has released a BIOS update just few days before the PC was trashed. About a week later, the BIOS update image has been oficially marked...

                                                                                    I have a Lenovo Legion 5 15imh05a device that I bought used online. It came with a 20V 8.5A 170W charger.

                                                                                    The BIOS version is EFCN58WW.

                                                                                    When I turn on the device, it displays the message:
                                                                                    "The Connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended AC adapter..."

                                                                                    The device rarely charges the battery, and even when it does, it doesn't show that it's charging.

                                                                                    Hi all

                                                                                    Anyone come across this issue where a BIOS flash will only part complete?

                                                                                    It will update the system BIOS and Primary EC BIOS fine but fails to update the Intel TBT Retimer, Intel TBT Retimer 2 and ME Firmware.

                                                                                    NVMe m.2 drive isnt detected in the BIOS, but you can get into the BIOS fine and it all works in there as intended.

                                                                                    The drive works fine in another laptop.
