Need to reset the BIOS password on my Dell Latitude 14inch 5410

System number is 5V78Y33-8FC8

I was hoping to just find a bios reset jumper but I can't spot one so far.

Can you please tell me how to install this clean BIOS file? I can't get into the BIOS because I don't know the password. Can't boot from USB because same reason. I have downloaded the clean BIOS file, but how do I install it? Thanks much,

Long story short, to remove the BIOS password you will need a programmer to read the content of the bios chip, then you must upload file here, someone will remove the password from the file for you, and then you can write it back to the chip.

More detailed steps using the cheapest programmer available (ch341a) you can see here.
