hello, I have no way to post the bios file because when turning on machine is on the password screen.

You must open the laptop and read the BIOS chip with a programmer.
That's the only way to get rid of the password.

The service tag ,serial number or SNID must be posted with every bios request. Did you read the post above yours ,you can unlock it yourself.
