t440s with bios passowrd

Hello

I have receive the T440s with no screen going on, I have reflash the bios and the laptop turn on again but unfortunately it have a bios password.
i have backup the Ec chip and the bios which is working now, do any one can help to remove it?

I have tried this method but it is not working because i do not have the old bios.
this method is working just if you have the old bios and the gay mention thai in thread.
do you know another way to delete the bios password or to remove it with reprogram I\O or anything.
