dell precision m3800 with a locked bios

Here im back again with same issue. Previously had same locked bios mb, got it unlocked by you guys, but unfortunately mb died over bios update from A06 to A09 ( apparently common issue with these laptops) and is not working anymore, couldn't make it work what ever tried with bios recovery. Bought another mb, but it also has bios password which seller doesn't know and bios setup is incompatible to use with uefi system in current settings. Here are the original bios file and pictures with service tag. Really appreciate all the help with bios passwords.
