If the EC is stored on an external chip you can program it with the CH341A , don`t ask where it could be though i don`t know.

Thanks for all information, there is no separate external chip on mobo, only one winbond bios eprom, EC software is stored on Super io chip as internally, but after a few research, I found out that super io spi part can be reprogram using CH341A is possible but too hard to do that
