after i install chrome os and i will configure it is blocked after i connect to wifi to set the google account

try. reset or reinstall from USB stick made for your model with Chromebook Recovery Utility.

What you did exactly? Did you reflash the chip with Volinakis' file because it's shows 0 views so far?

I did the download, flash via ch341, power, refresh and esc,
control d, before flash and after flash, after put wifi and agree with terms locked again.

do i need a W25Q40 clean? or erase it?

I did the download, flash via ch341, power, refresh and esc,
control d, before flash and after flash, after put wifi and agree with terms locked again.

No, don't play with the W25X40CL chip.

See post #12, you must wipe it first:

(Esc + Refresh + Power) then (Ctrl + d) it will fail, no problem, the goal is to wipe it

i did the download its a bug of the forum.

the diffences about the bios i sent and u edited is

block_dev_mode 0
check_enrollment 0

i think its prove that i downloaded, flashed and didnt work.

nope, there are 5 modifications. You have to reinstall from USB stick made for your model with Chromebook Recovery Utility.
