            Or could you recommend me some tool which is compatible with chip in hp 640 g4

              First do your homework, and then ask how.
              Long story short, buy a programmer - the cheapest one is ch341a (10 bucks or even cheaper from ali), then read how to use it and we can talk later.

                Use NeoProgrammer 2.1.0.16 or AsProgrammer 2.1.0.13 to flash bios file via CH341A
