The ME firmware in your bios was corrupt.Try this bios with your pass removed and new ME firmware .

Probably the chip was not read correctly, and the dump posted by theGenova is corrupted.

We are programming 640G2_ME CLEAN with AsProgrammer 1.41 with the unlock, erase, programm, verify.

After programming just close the AsProgrammer, open the program again, read the content of the chip, save the file as let's say TEST.bin, then compare the TEST.bin with the 640G2_ME CLEAN.bin with the Total Commander.

OK, since your initial dump was apparently corrupted there is no need to try again with it, try the dump in that post, it should be OK.

After some bip bip bip the laptop coming back to life.
Just a red message in top : blabla in manufacturing Mode....34
Enter in bios is good no password now

Hi,
just a little feedback about manufacturing mode after flash with HP640G2 cleared ME region file.
After found all specs about the laptops, serial, uuid, etc..
Laptop is now fully functional thanks again to all member for help provided
