without hdd are you able to enter in bios setting or not ?

As u see i can't change anything just hard disk im able to change passwords but the other settings like time and supervisor password i can't

i bought lenovo t440p laptop at cheap price,
it came with supervisor password lock, i can't get to the bios,

i try to reflash the the bios with CH341A programer. bios file i collect form internet.

after that system is fully locked, ask for password, is anything can you do for me??
