Hi..i Have a Dell precision 7710 it only boots when you remove AC adapter, battery & Cmos connector, then plug in the adapter & turn on..display comes on only after 3-4 self restarts, it takes couple of minutes..is my bios bricked?

No, if the bios is bricked the machine would not turn on at all. Check the power on switch, most probably this is the reason.

Power switch is good...i can switch it off with it, it starts only when CMOS connector removed & 4-5 times cycling through finally it comes on, it stays on thereafter..I tried Dell diagnostics it gave error at webcam check..Is there a problem with webcam?

Nothing changed, probably the problem is in hardware logics. PC have reaction to PWRBTN, but display is dark. With left USB-HDMI board (LS-C558P) connected to mother no reaction at all. Thanks for help.
