dell precision m4800 boot slowly

hi i have a dell precision m4800 , after flash the bios
bios after 30 secounds will boot. it's mean boot is slowly
please help me thanks

Clean the ME firmware

Post your bios backup if you can`t clean the ME firmware yourself .
