Problem - after press power botton,1 second blue led blink.only one time.i flash other bios file.laptop power on but no display.original bios only 3v 5v,but some flash files come all votages without cpu.(3v,5v,1.2 Ram,1.0v PCH,1.0v)please check and help me.files attached

This model turns on with Intel Graphics.
So the display not coming maybe a problem with your processor.

It is my daughter laptop, and make DIS to UMA by removing mosfets and inductance because was not been sure Nvidia n16s is work properly give me 11ohms on multimeter,
but still not have screen on machine and on VGA, so thing may be BIOS wrong. All voltages are Ok, laptop is switch on, fan is work when get little hot but no screen.
Attached is downloaded BIOS from laptop.

I have an Acer E5-575
i3-7th gen laptop

The issue is it's not detecting any external Mouse or Keyboard.
USB pendrives are working.
Touchpad and Laptop keyboard also working.

I tried with another Bios but the issue is same.
Do you know any solution for that?

try this bios made from your original + Acer site update.
