I think the issue is your keyboard layout. The password must be entered using a US QWERTY layout
You likely have a FR AZERTY keyboard, so try this instead c2pt6xux

I need assistance unlocking the BIOS password on my Fujitsu Lifebook E5510. I have tried several methods and password generators, but none of them worked.

The BIOS is password locked and I cannot access it.
