I did not use this programmer ... but as it looks, you have to manually replace in the boxes in the programmer window..TYPE, MANUFACTURER, NAME, with what is written on the bios chip..and try to read the chip again ..

Asus X540UP rev 2.
Unit power on and display, but after some minutes the unit freeze and the display is gone but the backlight still remains. But now the unit wont power up after some testing on the unit.

This Works When Entering Windows it will freeze after replacing bios ic and Bin File by @peste clear me rgn .. Problem solved thanks @ peste and @mulong2019

hello, is theres a uma bios for X540upr asus board, ? i have a unit that i have disabled the amd gpu, the processor is i7 8th gen. the stock bios is overheating the processor, have tried the bios for x540up that i have downloaded here, the temps is ok, but is freezing in windows logo when installing OS. any bios suggestions that i can use? thanks in advance guys,, Godbless.
